Please do not upgrade any computer that uses CompuShare to Windows Vista or Windows 7. We are currently working on solutions for the Windows 7 operating system.

Although Windows Vista is compatible with our system, we do not recommend upgrading to this operating system. Please contact our Hardware Support Department before making any decisions on operating system upgrades.

The 5300 Call Report was not supported for the September 2009 quarter in CompuShare 4.0. We have updated our programs to be available for the December 2009 update. Please see our tutorial in the Software Support 4.0 section on our Client Login page for more information.
