Member Payroll Details

CompuShare 5.0 supports a comprehensive member payroll system that can include many members and account types.

Details

• Member payroll supports 999 member payroll groups.
  
  
• Payroll updates can be processed manually, by ACH transmission, or by file transfer by a sponsor.
  
  
• Maintenance screen shows details on last batch posting date, last posting amount, and complete payroll total.
  
  
• Allows you to view the entire payroll in an easy-to-use format.
  
  
• View specific member information within the payroll maintenance program.
  
  
• Handle ACH Origination Information within the maintenance program.
  
  
• Access the posting program from the menu, Account Inquiry, or Over-the-Counter Posting.
  
  
• A grid format for entering members into a payroll that is very similar to a Microsoft Excel layout.
  
  
• Utilities programs for payroll definitions, master lists, exception change, and process deletion available.
