The Real-time ATM/Debit Card Interface is a fully featured authorization system that operates between your CompuShare core application and ATM processor. The Interface enables funds authorization, verification and posting of ATM/debit card transactions in real-time.

• Utilizing standard ISO 8583 protocol, the interface provides online connection to your selected ATM processor. This connection will allow balance authorization of member accounts at your terminals, foreign terminals, and any network-supported point of sale device.
  
  
• Real-time balance authorizations reduce your credit union's exposure to fraudulent cardholder activity.
  
  
• CompuSource offers a standard transaction set with flexibility to customize transactions between your core CompuShare application and ATM processor. The interface enables the monitoring of all online transactions and messages.
  
  
• Transactions are posted and recorded in standard CompuShare registers and journals.
  
  
• Implementation of the interface includes on-site installation of a standard Windows XP Computer, software setup and connection to your processor's telecommunications system.
  
  
• Certification with your processor can occur on-site or remotely via our VPN connection with your system.
  
  
• Eliminate your exposure to overdrawn accounts and provide members with a high confidence in your credit unions automated transaction service.

Operating on your newly installed ATM host computer, the interface connects your member's account data with your processor's network in real-time. Your processor will provide the actual line. Our comprehensive gateway monitor displays the interface status and all transaction activity.
