Use the directions below for TransUnion Credit Bureau.

To configure Easy Access to the TransUnion Credit Bureau, follow these steps.
- When TransUnion sent you the TUNA Account information, they will have sent a digital Certificated needed by Easy Access. CompuShare 4.07 users copy this file "TUNA Prod Client Cert.p12" to H:\CSDIR\3RDPARTY\EASYACCESS folder.
Note: Drive location maybe different depending on your system configuration.
- Double click on the Easy Access Icon on the Desktop.
- At the Easy Access Setup Wizard window, click the Cancel button and select Yes at the message prompt.
(Note: This step may not be required if you already have an account setup in Easy Access with another Credit Bureau.)
- Press the F3 key. The screen below will appear.
- Select Printing from the list on the left in Easy Access Setup/Options window.
- Place a check mark in the "Print incoming reports Automatically" option.
- Select the printer to use when printing credit reports.
- Select Company Information from the list on the left in Easy Access Setup/Options window.
- Complete the Company Information on the right side of the screen.
- Select User Setup from the list on the left in Easy Access Setup/Options Window.

Please Note: Skip Steps 11 through 20 if you already have Easy Access Setup for one of the other Credit Bureaus.

- Place a check mark beside the Password Protection field on the right.
- Click the New Button.
- Enter the following user information as shown below.
Name: ADMIN
Password: ADMIN
Initials: AD
Default Department: Default
Administration Rights: True

Please Note: You may leave the Dept Access Rights blank. This will allow you to have access to all Easy Access Departments. For more information on Access Rights, click the Help button in Easy Access.

- Click the OK button.
- Click the New button again.
- Enter the following information as shown below.
Name: USER
Password: USER
Initials: US
Default Department: Default
Administration Rights: False
- Click the OK button for both the User Settings and Easy Access Setup/Options windows.
- A Password Prompt is shown enter the Password "ADMIN" and click the OK button.
- Press the F3 key on your keyboard.
- Select Bureau Setup from the list on the left in the Easy Access Setup/Options window.
- Click the TransUnion Tab on the right.
- Move down to Connection Type box and change it to Internet.
At this time a window will appear saying the following:
"TransUnion Digital Certificate can not be found."
Click the Yes button and navigate to the EasyAccess Folder and select the "TUNA Prod Client Cert.p12" file and click the Open button. Click the Yes button.
- Next, a window asking for the Certificate Password will appear. In the information you received from TransUnion, you will find a User ID or Password for your digital certificate. Enter it into this field and press the OK button.
- Move down to the Subscriber Num field and enter the subscriber number you received from TransUnion.
Note: TransUnion may have this code listed as part of the subscriber code with a length of 12 characters. The subscriber number will be the last 8 characters of the code they gave you.
- Move down to the TU Password field and enter the password you received from TransUnion.
- Move down to Bureau Market Field and enter your Bureau Market Code.
Note: TransUnion may have this code listed as part of the subscriber code with a length of 12 characters. The Bureau Market Code will be the first and second characters of the code they gave you.
- Move down to Bureau Submarket field and enter your submarket code.
Note: TransUnion may have this code listed as a part of the subscriber code with a length of 12 characters. The Bureau Submarket code will be the third and fourth characters.
- Move to Output Type Field and set it to FFR / Text Report.
- Click the Ok button.

At this point, you have set up Easy Access for TransUnion. You need to do two more things before the process will be complete.

- On the main PC, run the CompuShare 5.0 Installation CD performing an update while having the Mod Update Disk in the floppy drive.
- Login in to CompuShare 5.0 and go to the Credit Bureau Control File and move to the TransUnion Tab and set the Easy Access Password to ADMIN for each users control file.
You have now completed all the steps for TransUnion.
